Hosting: This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA). When you visit the site, your IP address and technical access data are processed in server logs to deliver and secure the site (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — legitimate interest in operating the website). Netlify stores these access logs for less than 30 days.

Netlify also processes data in the USA. Transfers are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or EU standard contractual clauses (Art. 44 et seq. GDPR).

Media: Images and videos are delivered via Cloudinary Ltd. When media loads, your IP address is transmitted to Cloudinary so that the content can be displayed (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — legitimate interest in fast and reliable delivery). Processing may take place in third countries (USA/Israel) on the basis of an adequacy decision and/or EU standard contractual clauses (Art. 44 et seq. GDPR).

Contact form: When you submit the contact form, the data you enter (name, email, brand/agency, message) is processed and stored by the form service of my hosting provider Netlify, where I retrieve it. It is not passed on to third parties. I use it solely to respond to your inquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and delete it once it is no longer needed. Name and email address are required in order to reply; you are not obliged to provide them, but without them I cannot respond.

No tracking, no advertising cookies, no analytics. Fonts are self-hosted — no data is transmitted to Google or other font providers. Your language choice (EN/DE) is stored only locally in your browser (localStorage) and is not transmitted to me.
